1 /5 Pam Dickman: This morning my dog jumped up and activated my emergency alert pendant hanging around my neck at about 4:00 a.m. The pendant activated your box and it
announced after about a minute that an emergency call was in progress. However, no live person ever answered at the monitoring center that you use (in Utah?). This is not a first for poor service. Weeks ago I inadvertently hit the button when getting up from bed, and the response time from the monitoring center they use was also very poor. I actually did mention it to them at the time. At least I did finally get a live body to finally respond and ask me if I needed help. You genuinely need to use another monitoring center, because this one will cost lives with their poor service. Vulnerable seniors and disabled people
are counting on them and paying your company for peace of mind and safety. For this reason, and the fact that this monitoring service has been going downhill for some time, I have to rate your company a one star. If there had been a real emergency, I would be laying on the floor in need of help or dead.
