1 /5 richard sanders: I sgned a six month auto policy to later find out there was a lapse in coverage from my previous insurancecompany to Allstate, then altering the contact i Signed with them. I feel like Alltate should not have people signing contracts and taking their money only to change the agreement because they faild to gather all the information.

She is very personable, kind, caring, & down to earth. Her initial reach out when I made the switch to Allstate was fantastic, she was not pushy & took the time to get to know me & then got me the best coverage possible with GREAT rates! I couldnt ask for a better representative! She checks in on me & my coverage every few months to ensure everything is going well & that my coverage is working with what I need & want. She was able to combine my homeowners insurance & get that cost reduced with higher coverage by combining with my car insurance policy. I am very thankful to have her as my representative; thank you for providing me with exceptional service & making me feel like part of the Allstate family. :)

4 /5 Stacia Wasmundt: Call your local reps first! I am a brand new policy holder with Allstate. I had someone from the 1-800 number for Allstate sign me up for a policy that I did not approve, and started charging my credit card. After multiple calls with Zach McGill and Antonio Salazar with this local office, it is getting taken care of. I was close to canceling all together because of this horrible experience but this office helped me immensely and seemed legitimately concerned and wanted to help. Im happy to have people to connect with locally rather than a detached 1-800 number. I will say there isnt a number to call for fraud reports, so that is something I hope they can fix.
