1 /5 Karen Krape: Not happy at all. After 10 years of being with American Family, I had a claim on an electrical fire. There was not a huge amount of damage but Tuan Kiet Pham Agency was basically no help at all. The process to get everyone paid was confusing, inefficient and frankly, LAME. They may be good at selling, but if you have a claim, you are on your own.

5 /5 Johnny Wang: After a recommendation from a friend, I gave this agency a try, starting with renters insurance. That went well so when my auto insurance ended, I also switched it over to AmFam. The staff here is very responsive and try their best to help you with issues. I recently got into an accident with a party that denied responsibility and AmFam was able to broker a fair resolution where the accident did not count against me and my deductible only cost me $250. My agency let me know what was going on with the claim and even let me know my check was in the mail before it was even mailed to me. Great company, dont see myself switching to another company.
