5 /5 Thomas: First of all, let me say how important I feel it is for everyone to make a personal visit to your insurance agent and go over your policy(ies) face to face. Let’s face it, a few of us or at least I, don’t go over every detail of updates….though we should!!

Here is another example of a great team member working with Melanie Bakala. Called the office on a different matter, an administrative matter on my part and Josh took it upon himself to look into it and see how he could help me. He called back as promised and informed me he was able to accomplish my request…..thank you Josh!!!
