Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Becky McGrath This jeweler, Vinh Lee is so amazing! Vinh meticulously works for a perfect end result and exquisite finished product! I have turned my ring in several times for various things: resizing, rhodium etc and each time I get my ring back it looks better than new- I hope he is the main jeweler here forever so I can continue getting the most beautiful ring back each time!
