5 /5 Bruce Ikenberry: I just got off the phone with Spencer Hawkins after thoroughly reviewing both my homeowners and auto insurance policies. He was extremely patient with all the questions I threw at him and answered every one. Spencer’s customer service skills are excellent and he is one of the nicest people you will ever deal with! He found a way for me to save money on my homeowners insurance and I truly appreciate it. Spencer is a valuable employee to have working at the Kim Assay Allstate office.

1 /5 Rachel Weaver: Ive been a full-time traveler insured with State Farm / Kim assays office... for just over four years. Everything had been set up on auto pay on my credit card.... and something happened with a staff changeover 6 or 8 months ago where they increased my rates without advising me, overcharge my credit card ( I used to prepay my 6-month premium so that there werent monthly charges). When I noticed the monthly charges 6 or 8 months ago I called to ask about it in the female I talked to had no idea what I was talking about..... until I talk to her supervisor who gave me some other story which was not acceptable. They were supposed to Auto charge my credit card for the next 6 months... but apparently the young female had no idea how to do that. I have called the office multiple times in the last few days without a single phone call back..... as Im looking at these reviews and I see that people left them today that they called multiple times and had pleasant and helpful phone calls.... I can only assume that my phone calls and emails were ignored because they no longer want my business. Which is fine, but you would think if they dont know how to be professional they would at least be grown ups and make a phone call to say they no longer want my business. Instead without notice on paper by snail mail or by email or phone call I was left without insurance.

5 /5 Cindy Malarz: Kim does an amazing job making sure that my auto and home insurance needs are met. She and her entire team are responsive to me, and make sure that my questions are answered, and that I have the coverage I need. The claims process has been easy to work with, and I am extremely happy with the premium rebates I received twice a year for my good driving!

He remembers issues I have and always deals with them efficiently and effectively.
