The personal attention as well as their follow through is outstanding. Not only did they come through with the best options but they did so in tight time-line. They met the challenge with urgency and grace.

I have been working with Sara, who was able to switch all my policies over and change my home owners policy to a much better one than what my old agency had me on. Whenever I have a question Sara is quick to get back to me with the answer. There is never anytime I feel like just a number like I did with my old agency. They treat me like a person, an important person.

I felt it was time to give credit where credit is due after the superior service I have received on my last claim. Farmers is an excellent company, great customer service both with Victoria Dalebout, her team and Farmers claims department. Victoria Dalebout has always been available to contact, returns calls quickly, & has a very caring attitude for her customers. In my opinion Platinum Customer Service. I highly recommend Victoria, her team & Farmers!

We were in crisis mode after our home insurance decided not to renew our policy and after reaching out to several other agencies, we were denied several times! I’ve bumped into a couple of claims (car and house) and she has always assisted in making the claims process simple. Their staff is always pleasant, and receptive, and I appreciate them immensely!
