1 /5 Lauries World: I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and Stove from this company. They delivered it on time. Miguel Servellon (the owner) was very pleasant. While bringing my appliances in, Miguel destroyed the fridge door, BADLY! Miguel said he would be back the next Friday to replace the door and fix the stove (the light wont turn off and the digital display is unreadable). On the day before he was supposed to come, I messaged him on Facebook, and instead of answering me, he blocked me and deleted his last name. I was not sure of his business name, and I didnt know much about Miguel. I blindly trusted a thief! I paid $1000 for these appliances, plus a delivery charge. There was no way I was not going to get all the info on this man, and his business. So I found out he owns a home and operates his business in Aberdeen (this business). This is his business or at least where he conducts business from. I made a police report and then contacted the business. He destroyed this refrigerator, and he does not want to pay to fix it. He even used clear tape to attach broken parts. I would be ok with a replacement, but they are not acting as though that will happen. When I contacted them, they said I had the wrong number, lol. They come with a 60-day warranty that he has no intention of honoring. I intend to press this until I get an appliance set worth the money I paid for it, or my money back. This says they are a 5-star business, and that could not be further from the truth. Supposedly, they are going to replace them on Monday, this remains to be seen. I will update this if they do honor their warranty. I will also update it to let it be known that he DID NOT honor it. I will never do business with this man or this company again, and if youre smart, you wont either. I have since spoken to several people that Miguel has done the same thing, or something just as shady too. Protect your money and shop elsewhere. I have contacted the BBB, and I intend to contact the Attorney General. People deserve to know how this guy conducts business. If I could upload pictures here, I would. Hopefully, I can add the pics to Yelp. This store deserves minus 1000 stars! I would check out any jewelry of theirs BEFORE I purchased it.
Update...
After several phone calls. That ended with his wife hanging up on me once I said who I was, I drove to their store. They spoke to me and said they would give me back my money after they picked up the appliances. I let them know that, that was ok, but I wanted to get the police there, so he could tell him about this plan. Miguel did not like that idea. I insisted he give me my money back before I left, or the police would be called. My money was returned, and he picked the appliances up later that day. This is not a trustable business. Everyone should avoid it.
