5 /5 Fisrt Name Last Name: Joy has done exactly as she promised in helping me formalize my bankruptcy with the courts. She is very detail oriented and clearly had the outcome of my bankruptcy set up in my favor and in a way most beneficial to my situation. She said it would be a long process and patience would be an important consideration, being that her office staff consists of herself and at times one other assistant. Reading thru the reviews I thought it prudent to paint my own picture of my experience with Joy. She is a professional and light hearted individual and it was a pleasant experience meeting with her. She does not possess the predacious type personality Ive seen in many attorneys. The type of behavior that results in the "harassing you endlessly" if you choose not to use the service. It is my guess that anyone with complaints in regards to Joy are either being stopped in their tracks for attempting to commit a fraud or more simply, people that do not possess the knowledge or life experience required to be patient in regards to the bankruptcy process or the process of law in general. Couple ingnorance, potential fraud, and the fact these folks having such a negative outlook also knowingly hired a law professional that does not possess a large support staff. Good day.

I was so scared about filing bankruptcy and she eased my mind and was there from beginning to end. Answered all my calls herself and when I did have to leave a voice mail, she took no more than a day to get back to me.
