5 /5 Walter Nelson: I found Clayton by watching how he conducted himself in a Zoom hearing while I was waiting for my case to be called. I had two previous attorneys prior to him who I felt were not aggressive enough and did not move the case forward in a timely fashion. I knew I had made the right choice after my initial consultation with him. Jill and Clayton are a two person shop who are readily available & communicative. Having that one on one relationship throughout my case was invaluable. Working with Clayton and Jill was night and day compared to my previous 2 attorneys. Clayton was very thorough & detailed in his analysis & explanations. He was honest and weighed all the pros and cons for me to make decisions on how to proceed. He truly felt like a partner in this process and listened to my concerns before we made decisions each step of the way. He was very cost effective and I never felt like I was just getting "billed" for him to make $ along the way. I had a very difficult ex and contentious case. Clayton handled my (unrepresented) ex perfectly so as not to create a David v. Goliath situation in the courts eyes.
