1 /5 Alan Joseph: I paid them 1200.00 dollars for a lease with option to purchase. I went to them because i had no idea how it worked and wanted to protect myself. I will start out by saying from the very start i was not happy. The office manager/paralegal was very rude, Every time I called to ask a question I felt like I was annoying her. If I would’ve done a little research I would’ve found that it cost anywhere from 250 to 750 to do the services I needed. When I decide to execute my lease with option to buy and my loan went to underwriters they noticed a huge problem with the contract, the verbiage used and the way it was written has caused me nothing but issues. I was sent back to the attorneys office to get an addendum and when I went back to pick it up I was told that I needed to pay $200 for their mistakes. Long story short do your research and stay away from this office.

1 /5 Ralph Duff: The median cost for a standard lease contract with the option to buy the residence is reported to be between 200-$500 dollars. There are attorneys who simply charge a flat rate instead of the hourly variable charge, and the highest flat rate I found was $750. The world is a much smaller place with the internet at everyones fingertips, but here in my little retirement community Mr Shutt is able to ask $1,200 without one questionable review here to object. Retired and polite, we quietly pay. Take the time to price check the services of other lawyers, its worth it!
