Acacia Syring We first retained Elizabeth for parenting plan modification in 2011 after meeting with several different lawyers in the area. From the start Elizabeth put us at ease with her knowledge and confidence and we felt right away that she was the right person to represent us. She made the court process easy to manage and kept us up to date on any new challenges or questions regarding our case, while also managing costs. We have also been able to view Elizabeth represent us in court on several occasions during this case, as well view several other attorneys in the area, and I can say in full confidence that we chose correctly and had the very BEST attorney to represent us. Sherry Roberts Josh Fox did an excellent job of navigating us through a situation where a family of 7 squatted/criminally trespassed in our summer home. He explained every step in the process, always calling us when information was available, was patient with all of our questions, and provided us with information about watching the court proceedings online. Jamie Peterson Mr. Dugaw was the the attorney for the opposing party in my case. I was absolutely shocked & moved that he went to such a great length to try to ensure a just & fair hearing. It was clear the commissioner had bias against me and I wasnt receiving fair treatment. He threatened her file a civil justice complaint against Her if she didnt step down.. She removed herself from the case.

Brenden Clerget Jocelyn is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. She is smart and sharp and I entrusted her for legal advice on a few different topics outside of her normal scope and she was able to do awesome work for me.
