I specifically requested that my deferral be used if it was the last option, yet they failed to do so and I was left with the ticket on my record. To make matters worse, they rescheduled my court date without notifying me, and I only discovered this after calling them two days later. I was promised an update regarding the decision not to use the deferral, but no one ever followed up. Although I did have two tickets and they did get one dismissed, the lack of communication and accountability makes it clear that clients are treated as case numbers rather than individuals.
