1 /5 Kasey Miller: My review is based on lack of communication and personal experience not once but twice. I am choosing to leave this review due to the fact that I have not had good communication with Jacobs and Jacobs attorneys, negotiators, etc. in the beginning of my case they seem extremely nice, sympathetic, patient, understanding and committed. I believe that’s just to reel you in once you’re in that’s where the communication fails right along with everything else. What attorneys failed to realize is that they work for you not the other way around and to be quite honest I think 1/3 of your settlement amount is a bit too much being that they don’t return your phone calls, emails go unanswered, non responsive text messages. It’s almost virtually impossible to reach the correct person that is handling your case. Then they get frustrated when you come down to their office, looking for answers which by the way is by appointment only. This law firm causes more pain and suffering, but there is no recovery for that. I just know I would never do business again with Jacobs and Jacobs. Praying that it would not be a next time regarding an accident however, if there is, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You don’t get three strikes with me two is too many. They have lost all of my ability to trust in their law firm. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere, where it is valued and respected.
