From the very beginning, he listened closely to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. He made us feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made this experience even more special. I can’t recommend Kevin enough—if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about getting it right, he’s the one to go to!

5 /5 danielt913: If I had to use one word to describe Jewelry Design Center, that word would be Excellence. I brought in a watch that had the band put back together incorrectly after a couple links were removed. I bought the watch someplace else by the way. JDC fixed the band and then told me no charge. I then looked at a few other watches that they had and decided to pick up a nice G shock for work. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend repairs here and they also have a great selection of other jewelry. You cant go wrong doing business here. Thank you Jewelry Design Center! I will definitely be back in the future.

5 /5 Whitney Jacky: I brought my engagement/wedding/anniversary set in to be soldered. The team who helped us was very kind. I called a few months ago and they had quoted me a price for the work. When I went in today they told me it would be more than I was quoted. I was going to pay for cost but she graciously adjusted it. We live out of town and they did that work the same day. They did a wonderful job and their customer service was superb. I highly recommend utilizing them for any work that needs to be done on your jewelry.

My sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on value/quality of the stones and helped me find the perfect band. Great service, fair price and it arrived when they told me it would. Fiancé is in love with the ring and hasn’t stopped staring at it since I put it on her finger. 5/5 stars, my new go to jeweler.
