1 /5 Jennifer B: If I could give zero stars I would. Just received a call from here (I have never had this insurance company before). This guy was trying to give me unwanted quotes on my "house" that I dont have (I rent), and my car. When I told him I already had a company I was happy with, he turned into a jerk and hung up on me. Just an fyi, if I ever end up looking for other auto insurance, I will make sure I dont use you now.

3 /5 Synchros Entity: While overall it was quick and easy to set up insurance with them online, even being able to sign up for a supposed trip tracker to lower my cost, the value in this insurance group was lost after the first year. I pay every 6 mos to try and keep the costs lower, but after year 1 they bumped my insurance cost by 200, and then this last time told me they were increasing the cost by a further 500 to 1,800/6mos on one vehicle. Im no expert, but as someone who has a clean drivers license, I probably shouldnt be paying that much. I went with another major provider and now have the same coverage for half the cost. Honestly this provider isnt bad for the first year, but i highly reccomend searching for a new provider once that 6 month due comes up.
