Jag Dude This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to. The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?! If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.

Billie Chuck I had unfortunate, odd things happen with my account, and I had horrible horrible time getting my check released and I ended up finally everything being OK but there was one teller that went above and beyond exceptional customer service and was just a wonderful helpful person went way out of her way to help me and she’s absolute joy to talk with so if you need to open the account. Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Compare that to the $11,000 family deductible on the plan offered by my new employer (at $500 more per month), and you can see why I am proud to write this glowing, 5-star review for Kevin and Riverbend Insurance. I also had to follow up a few times after buying the policy to make sure I was clear on payment and policy number. His team answered the phone the first time I called and was able to answer my questions. Id recommend anyone who is looking for a better insurance rate to call Riverbend and let Kevin and his team do the work to find the best deal
