Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. Its all about how you treat people.

I sat down with representatives and got the entire sales pitch of what they could do for me and how much it would cost me in fees. Harlow wealth management had the clearest and most concise answers for me regarding when a I could comfortably retire and how much income I could collect every month as income. They also gave me accurate numbers of how much I will have at any age up until death to pass onto my children. The service is absolutely top notch. Every person I have dealt with has been very accommodating and quick to act on my needs. I also would like to add that they charge the lowest fees!! Chrystee Hart Mary at the Tumwater location was so amazing. I was paying a higher interest rate on my car than I should have been because of a few things that I needed to fix. Not only did she drop my rate in a significant amount she helped me realize what can I do to make my score go even higher. She was Def 5 stars all the way and I even changed to bank there because the service is that phenomenal. If you havent looked into refinancing your loan there your missing out on the savings. Talesh Patel Kevin and Janet were awesome in assisting me in choosing an insurance plan on my new car. I first went to them for Renters Insurance since they had the most coverage for the best monthly cost, and then down the line for the new Subaru last month. Kevin set up a plan that gave me full coverage, and was still affordable for a college student! Highly recommend visiting Allstate over Cheneys other insurers!
