1 /5 Georgia Jean Branson: I visited the location in Clarkston Washington . I needed to get a loan on my taxes . Never been turned down by any other tax company for it so when I was told I had to file first then find out if I was approved for the loan I thought I’d be fine. But nope I was denied . There was no reason to deny me I’ve never had any problems with my returns. This was my first and last time with Jackson hewitt I wish I could remember who helped me but she was great . The customer service was outstanding. The inability to change my mind and go elsewhere if I couldn’t get the loan is what upset me especially when I shouldn’t have been denied .

I have kinda difficult taxes or at least to me they are but she was very good at her job I definitely will be coming back next year. Well done ladies

She was able to get me quite a bit of money back on my tax return and was able to get me a good deal on the price for preparing my taxes. Thank you Erika for everything. I will definitely come back.

1 /5 Isaiah Buck: They charge an arm and a leg. And they still messed up on my refund saying I owed when I didn’t. Terrible place to get taxes done have been waiting for over a month on a return that said would take 21 days. This is the first and last time I’ll go here.
