Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.

I was extremely impressed with how simple and smooth the process was to change my auto, home, and personal liability policies over. Plus they were able to save me a significant amount per month with the same policy coverages that I previously had. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful during the process. If you have been thinking of switching insurance or just want someone to review the policies you currently have to make recommendations about possible changes, I would highly recommend this office. Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..
