1 /5 ERIC TIDRICK: Both Conover Insurance and Mutual of Enumclaw failed me as a 20 year customer when I was presented with an impossible situation. A daughter-in-law with an international drivers license and 90 days until a green card. They issued me a letter of non-renewal because they cant check her drivers license record. After 20 years, they sent the letter anyway.

5 /5 Kendal Piatt: I had a very exciting and informative meeting with George Mackie about employee benefits. Having never before offered medical insurance as a small business its really scary to face the possible cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the different options he presented in a low pressure discussion. He was able to answer all my questions and didnt talk over my head using insurance/legalese verbiage. I also appreciated that he wasnt frustrated that Im researching a year or more out from pulling the trigger on this with our first meeting. He still gave me his time thorough evaluation of our options.

They didn’t call to set up time to pick up and when I called them they were rude and refused to set up time and said they would call me when they were ready but then never called. My scheduled day came and went. They still haven’t picked the item up after a week and haven’t called. It’s a return and I’m still waiting. I wouldn’t deal with this company! They are rude, unreliable, and their customer service is lacking in every way!
