Weve also gotten great support in terms of both car and home insurance and the coverage thats important to have for both. 1 /5 BigTone Records: I hate writing bad reviews but this company held my business up for many weeks! I called and needed simple insurance for my building I am renting downtown. They first sent me over to a guy who said he would get right back to me in few days with quotes, I gave him all my info. After a week I called back, the reception lady relayed the message. Another week goes by. I call them back AGAIN, she tells me again they will have someone call me right away by tomorrow. NOTHING. I called and complained again and said I really need a quote so that my landlord can allow me to actually get into my building! They lied AGAIN and said they would call back. NOTHING! I cannot imagine being someone insured by this company, imagine trying to get a claim handled or anything and they just wont even call you back! This is basic level work to call people back and sell them insurance! Never in my life have I found an insurance company that wont even let you buy insurance from them, call you back or lift a FINGER!
