5 /5 Eric Gonser: Five Stars! My Grandma passed away June of 2024 (she was almost 99). She wasnt well off financially but did own a small home with mortgage. My sister and I began looking for a probate lawyer in Spokane WA. According to Google and both of our research Terry was the best in Spokane. Terry and his paralegal Mary, were better than I could have hoped for. I am extremely glad that I hired Terry. The whole process was more complicated than I was thinking it would be, Terry and Mary were able to walk me through everything while handling all the difficult processes themselves. We had a few hiccups with my grandmas will early on but Terry was able to get it worked out in no time. Hiring Terry is definitely worth the money, it made the whole process run a lot smoother with him on my team. Terry is a man of integrity and does things by the book, He was able to get creative and scrappy when he needs to (A couple bills that were disputed). The peace of mind I had after hiring Terry made this already stressful time go much smoother. My mom has Dementia and I was her power of attorney but not her payee representative. Terry explained the difference and referred me to another excellent attorney who was able to help get everything fixed properly. He sat with us and reviewed our paperwork and discussed all our options and was very honest with us. He explained that we didnt need his services because my father had setup his estate so no probate was necessary. He has the highest values and integrity and is very kind.
