His office did everything for us, from coordinating with Doctors offices and the insurance agencies to requesting the police reports etc. There are so many unknown steps when something like this happens, but we felt confident in John and his team, and things went very smoothly. John and his team were always quick to get back to us when we had any questions, wither that was on email or over the phone, and we always had our questions and concerns addressed. When it was all said and done, we feel that we have gained a valued family friend in John.
