The receptionist was very kind and patient as I had never been in this situation before. The whole process was very easy as Dennis and his team had made it so! I would also like to mention how good the follow up is with his office as well as himself. It was pleasantly surprising to have someone very organized and personable. I hope to never get into an accident or whatnot but if I do, I know who I will be calling next.

5 /5 Akil Azizi: Many drivers receive traffic citations at some point... However, not all of them will be fortunate enough to know and call attorney Dennis Twichel when they do. Citations are expensive. No one wants to pay one and have the infraction on their driving record or have their insurance premiums increase. When you are stopped for a violation, your first instinct is to talk to the officer to plead your case. Don’t do it. Stay calm and quiet. Say nothing. Then contact Dennis immediately. He will handle everything for you. I am an older driver and have no intention of breaking the rules of the road or the law when I drive. So I feel unfairly singled out if I am stopped. I have used Dennis several times over the last fifteen (plus) years, and I know that he has saved my driving record from having serious blemishes and my insurance premiums from rising. Sometimes he has been successful at getting the violation thrown out. A talented, competent, experienced attorney like Dennis Twichel is worth more than he charges. If you don’t want to rely on blind luck fighting your traffic citation on your own or with someone else less skilled and experienced, call Dennis.

5 /5 Shazia Aumoeualogo: Could not be happier I decided to go with Dennis to help me. Dennis was very clear and made sure I understood each step of the process. I have a tough schedule to work with because of work but he was very flexible and always available to answer any questions I had. His rates are a lot more reasonable than some of the other firms I came across and I was hesitant at first because of this. I eventually decided to go with Dennis over the others because of his experience as he has been doing this for 30 years I believe. My thought was that he probably knows a lot of people in the court system/ is very knowledgeable about the process and I was right. The day I had to be in court there were a lot of people and their lawyers there to speak with the judge. When it was our turn, Dennis was the only attorney the judge greeted by name. Also, because of his experience I was able to gauge how long proceedings would be and manage my time appropriately. Overall I would say if you’re on the fence about hiring legal representation you should definitely do it and it should be with Dennis. Thank you again for everything!
