Karen Dieter I unfortunately was in a situation where I was grossly accused and ended up being arrested. I was appointed an attorney through the court, but I felt like I needed representation by an attorney that’s not loaded down with so many cases. I felt my situation needed someone who can take the time and work my case, not just view me as a number on a case file. I called several attorneys including Greta Coleman at the law offices of LaCross & Murphy. Greta was the most patient and understanding of all the attorneys I called. It literally took me calling her few times because it was hard for me to talk about what happened that day and she waited patiently and was so reassuring that it was all going to be ok. Greta went right to work on my case, having me send pictures of my injuries, ordering the Sheriffs body cam footage and my medical records along with all statements made that terrible day. She kept in touch with me every step of the way, via phone and text which is how I preferred to be contacted. When I had questions, I would text and she would respond promptly, I felt like she really cared about helping me out of this horrible situation. Once she received all the pictures, footage, statements and medical report she built my case and sent it over to the prosecutor, after the prosecutor reviewed the case she presented, my case was thrown out. I feel so much better having worked with Greta and her team to bring this awful incident to a close. I don’t know what would have happened if it weren’t for Greta, it was a very scary situation for me and Greta made me feel so much better about everything while she worked my case. It took 32 days from day we chose to hire Greta to the judge dismissing all charges on the case. If I didn’t have Greta, I would be still waiting for my first court date with the appointed attorney a month from now! Gabriele Varani We had very high quality support from Jay Khron on a recent legal matter involving our child; we chose Beckwith law because of their experience with juvenile law and educational matters, as well as flat fee structure (no cost surprises). Jay was very professional and knowledgeable of the matter, as well as friendly, patient and approachable; he supported us and provided a sense of calm and quiet confidence that we needed, since we were totally new to any interaction with the justice system. Acacia Syring We first retained Elizabeth for parenting plan modification in 2011 after meeting with several different lawyers in the area. From the start Elizabeth put us at ease with her knowledge and confidence and we felt right away that she was the right person to represent us. She made the court process easy to manage and kept us up to date on any new challenges or questions regarding our case, while also managing costs. Since 2011, we have had to return to court several times and there is no-one else we would go to for our needs. During our most recent court case she navigated us through a rather complex case including child support, post-secondary support, and parenting plan modification.
