5 /5 Ricardo Moreno: I live in Phoenix Arizona and had traveled to Spokane Washington as a first time visitor to the state, to meet my girl friends family over the 2019 Christmas break. Unfortunately, my trip was grossly interrupted when I was arrested and falsely accused for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs.
