Robert Butterton I have been with Jeff Read Insurance since I moved in the area 25 years ago. I have been with State Farm Insurance for 45 years. They have always been there for me. Recently I had a major situation that needed some attention from Jeff Reeds staff. Not only were they polite and professional, they provided a solution within a week and I was provided status updates along the way. It is because of moments like this, that I am happy to be with Jeff for ALL of my insurance needs. They are always there.

Jama Llama Kirk and Katie are always available to problem solve on my behalf for all of my insurance needs including life, auto, home, umbrella, etc. They are eager to research the facts to find the best insurance solution. I highly recommend them.

Melissa Fritz I was referred to Steele Claytons office by my sister. She had a great experience and I was looking to make some insurance chances. I was extremely impressed with how simple and smooth the process was to change my auto, home, and personal liability policies over. Plus they were able to save me a significant amount per month with the same policy coverages that I previously had. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful during the process. If you have been thinking of switching insurance or just want someone to review the policies you currently have to make recommendations about possible changes, I would highly recommend this office. Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process! I can’t say for everyone that works here cause I just talked to Shelby but if they’re anything like Shelby you won’t be disappointed!

chris wilson I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

Andriy Rybka By far the best Insurance company Ive ever had. I have a small business and Carri does amazing job communicating with all the parties to resolve any issues related to my business!. I switched from Farmers and now I know that it was the right decision. And by the way, Insure One is cheaper

KandieMai Spaet If you do not have insurance through this gentleman I would highly suggest you consider it. . My aunt and I broke down in front of his office with my two children,7 and a 3 mth old.He offered his office as it was so hot out and his was air conditioned. His receptionist gave us cold water and color books for the kids. We were going to walk to the hotel 4 blocks away and he pulled up in his car and offered a ride. Much needed as it was 80 degrees out. As my aunt went in to pay for the room he came in and paid for it out of his pocket. What an angel. So so kind. A stranger with kindness of extreme measures. We just want to say Thank You Mr. Lovell, we will certainly pay it forward. Last but not least he ordered pizza and had it delivered unknown to us. Kids were happy. So if this is how he treats compete strangers ,for sure I would have him as my insurance guy. THANK YOU again. You are our hero and gives of faith in humanity again.
