Allan webb We left farmers to be with alstate because they helped us to get a lower rate for full coverage on our 2019 Subaru the price for a month at farmers is our 6mo premium at allstate. We also have renters insurance through them which is 20 bucks a month which I feel is really great for the coverage we have. Ellen Stream I called the 425 number in Renton, WA and spoke to a rep. She could not find my policy.Was a bit rude. She told me I had to write to the billing dept. I found a 1-800 number and spoke to a nice lady named April. She had no problem finding my policy, and transferred me to the correct agent. This agent was also very helpful.

Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.
