1 /5 Barbara Eshom: After 35+ years of excellent service in home & auto insurance from Dave Bliss, Farmer’s Insurance, his son took, Nik, took over the business. We stayed with Nilk until yesterday, Monday. We have been working since January on all permits, etc., for our retirement ranch. We needed Course of Construction insurance for the Construction-to- Perm loan. My husband spoke to Nik on Thursday, on Friday & spoke to Nik on Sat. Nik had everything in draft form. We didn’t receive the insurance document nor did we see a charge for the insurance go through on our VISA. We called, texted & emailed throughout these days & then again on Sunday and the again on Monday morning when the bank needed the document. We were very clear with Nik about needing the document by Monday morning. I finally picked up the phone on Monday morning, called another Farmer’s agent & in 20 minutes we had our Course of Construction insurance for the bank. We switched all of our business to the other agent & Nik was informed twice by email. This morning, Tuesday, we find Nik completed the document & ran the charge through our VISA AFTER we told him we were switching everything to a new agent. Unbelievably poor , unresponsive service. So sad because Dave was fantastic.
