WG G Migrated my in-laws over to the Republic branch of STCU (since they moved here recently) so they have could have easier access to their accounts and a friendly faces to talk to if something goes sideways. Super happy with the move, wish we did it sooner. Had an issue with a couple unwanted charges today and it was handled with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. Sydney has given us 5 star customer service over the past few months and I feel like my in-laws are in great hands - best place to bank in Republic!

Birgit Mitchell This is the greatest Bank. Old-fashioned HUMAN SERVICE!! Always nice people. So helpful! I love them Ive been with them for 25 years. ( Started when I was U of W Seattle). Yes they have an ATM. When they get an international wire transfer number they will be beyond perfect , but since they probably never will since they are technically a credit union- its OK. I will always still bank here.

They have taken an amendment in her will and changed it to meet their needs= keeping ALL the money, turned down my health needs, told me- MY MEDICAID COULD TAKE CARE OF ME, IHAVE BEEN OFFERED MORE MONTHLY MONEY, IN EXCHANGE FOR NEVER USING MY MONEY FOR MY HEALTH NEEDS, DO NOT EVER LEAVE YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES, IN THE HANDS OF THIS BANK!! A COMPLETE & TOTAL HORROR SHOW, AMAZINGLY GREEDY. I AM HER ONLY CHILD.
