They have taken an amendment in her will and changed it to meet their needs= keeping ALL the money, turned down my health needs, told me- MY MEDICAID COULD TAKE CARE OF ME, IHAVE BEEN OFFERED MORE MONTHLY MONEY, IN EXCHANGE FOR NEVER USING MY MONEY FOR MY HEALTH NEEDS, DO NOT EVER LEAVE YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES, IN THE HANDS OF THIS BANK!! A COMPLETE & TOTAL HORROR SHOW, AMAZINGLY GREEDY. I AM HER ONLY CHILD.

1 /5 Thomas Heflin: My experience with BNY Mellon was very bad. From the start I later found out they deliberately did not tell me the truth when I asked a specific questions regarding open architecture. It is important to me that the managers used were best in class not just their in house manager Dreyfus. I was assured this was the case than found out from the portfolio manager they were thinking about opening up platform but were not there yet. The Dreyfus managers did poorly but the lie was what made me terminate the relationship. Once I tried to move assets the nightmare continued. I am almost at one mine since transfer papers were submitted and still almost all the transfers have not occurred to date. I would not recommend BNY Mellon. My experience being a member of this industry is that this is not the type of firm you would want to do business with. They are many much better.
