Matt Mills Carrie Medack has helped my wife and I get into both of our homes during the past 13 years. Each time she was awesome to work with. She has been available to us 24 hours a day, answering tons of questions, dealing with all the little (and sometimes BIG!) issues that pop up along the way, especially this year with Covid19. If you want a lender who is going to work FOR you and get you the best rates and deals for your money, she is the one you need to work with! I cannot recommend Carries work highly enough, would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I am retiring this year and he is taking me through the steps one at a time, willing to write letters, make calls and has even offered to go with me to the Social Security office! He treats me like family and I really feel that way. Times are tough money-wise but with him leading the way, I feel confident and secure about my future and that is gold!

Travis Forcier Refused to disclose the location of the vehicle to retrieve personal items. Which is illegal btw. Have called multiple times, Tammy is very rude an unpleasant to speak with. This is a P.S.A do not do business with them they should face criminal charges for there tactics to fraud there consumers. I believe ever negative review I just read about them after personally experiencing 90% of it for myself. IT DONT MATTER IF YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME THEY FIND AWAY TO TAKE THE CAR FROM YOU WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW PAYMENTS LEFT.

Josh Robbins I’ve been working with Julia Ward for a little while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. She’s knowledgeable about the products she offers and has been helpful in answering my questions when I needed clarification. While there were a couple of minor delays early on, she followed through and made sure everything was taken care of in the end. If you’re looking for someone who knows the insurance landscape and can guide you through the basics with competence, Julia is a good choice.

Bruce Huntoon Very poor. I provided requested paperwork in a timely manner. Months went by with little or no action on their part. I had a small claims court judgment in my favor. Evergreen claimed that they made several calls to the defendant but provided no documentation. Evergreen claimed they spoke with a person at Red Robin, the defendants place of employment, and was told the defendant no longer worked there. Evergreen would not provide that managers name. The following week, I met with a manager who confirmed the defendant was still employed. I informed Evergreen of this and provided the managers name. A week later, I lunched at the Red Robin and noticed the defendant working. I informed Evergreen. I hoped that the promised garnishment process would begin. Instead, later that same day, I was contacted by the owner of Evergreen who informed me that Evergreen would be returning all of the paperwork that I had provided to them and would be withdrawing from the case. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. A waste of time. I did everything Evergreen requested and did not deserve them to waste my time and bail out on me.
