Sean Locke Trutinas team is fantastic! When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. Randy LeMasters Mr. Sasser had invested 100% of my parents total portfolio into stocks. My parents age was an 87 year old father and an 84 year old mother. When I finally became aware of this unbalanced portfolio I asked him the question of risk. His answer was “ It all has risk”. Mara Jacroux Sandra was helpful and very pleasant. I needed to update my address after a doctor appointment. It was in the 90s for temps outside. Yes, we can be irritable as humans when we wait in lines, but she was smiling and ready to help. Remember that bank tellers aren’t quick ATM machines, they are humans that make sure there are no errors to your account so try be understanding when possible when we have to wait our turns for service.
