Jacqueline assisted me with closing out my debt management plan today, and I was able to thank her for all of the education and support that AFS provided over the past two years. I highly recommend working with this organization. ‐------- (original review below) Kathleen was an absolute godsend. She helped me come up with a budget, some very good solutions for controlling and preventing future debt, and to top it all wife, she humanized the conversation so that it felt like budgeting at a kitchen table with a Mom or a good friend. She is a fantastic communicator and works hard to help you understand the process so that it is streamlined and very positive. I highly recommend Kathleen to anyone who needs help digging themselves out of a bit of a financial mess, or just learning how to budget better and live better. She is so good at giving people hope!

For years I just kept making payments to credit card companies finally I was referred to American Financial Solutions and thanks to them as of this month Im making my last credit card payment. Im very grateful for that but on the other side of the coin I kick myself for giving so much money away in interest dont wait like I did they can HELP

For the Pre Bankruptcy Counseling Certificate the Credit Counselor Brittany performed a superb job in helping me choose the right course, walking me through the entire process. From the login page to certificate issuance. After I had completed the online course she scheduled a phone counseling appointment with me. During the phone counseling Pre Bankruptcy appointment Brittany went through every detail of the plan to make sure that it would work, I would like it, and most important we would have a successful outcome with my money. It is working! She wanted me to understand every step in the plan, asking any questions that I had. Her caring attitude showed. She definitely has expertise in credit counseling. This was an easy to follow plan that I was both comfortable and successful with. The certificate was issued immediately! No waiting! For the Post Bankruptcy Certificate, Brittany emailed me the correct login website page and the online course session website page for the online counseling session. She told me exactly which course I would choose; the website page to purchase it and the websites sites just above that I spoke of. There were no mysteries or surprises!! Brittany wanted me to get the credit counseling education and the certificate to become a more responsible consumer who is in control with my financial life! After completing the online course, the website stated that I would receive the Post Bankruptcy Certificate in 3 days! Not so with Brittany! She uploaded my certificate within 1 hour of completion! You talk about super, fantastic, fast service!! This is above and well-beyond outstanding service!! I hope that I do not have to use credit counseling again in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to come back to American Financial Solutions! Brittany is a very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly counselor who genuinely cares about the financial well being of her clients. The same can be said for the entire staff at American Financial Solutions. From the moment that I first contacted them they have been nothing but friendly, patient and helpful with me. They genuinely care about their clients and want them to become successful. Having their clients be problem-free happy clients are their goals. 5 /5 Melia Criswell: AFS helped me finally get out of the debt that I was drowning in from making dumb decisions in my early 20s. While also repairing my credit score over time. Ill never forget my credit counsellor, his name was Steve and he was truely the nicest man. He genuinely cared and made me feel like we were in this together as cheesy as that sounds. I highly recommend AFS, there is not better company to help you with a fresh start!
