Recently I have had a devastating loss and Dominic has been there to help me through everything. He is very kind, understanding and compassionate. He always answers my calls weather Ive left him a voicemail, or he picks up the phone. And in a very timely manner. He knows his stuff for sure! 5 /5 Kris Wood: I just signed up for renters insurance about 1.5 months ago and had the unfortunate circumstance of having my home burglarized the Saturday before Easter. The State Farm team was extremely helpful, both local and by the claim team on the phone. The format to complete the missing items was very user friendly as well. After submitting the claim I received a call about 2 hours later with the dollar amount they could replace my items with. Although I wasnt insured enough for all of my jewelry, I was impressed that they waived my deductible because of this factor. I highly recommend the State Farm team of Dominic, Stephanie, Kyle and Kayla at Smokey Point. They are awesome!!!

I was so embarrassed about it, that when I couldn’t get through to Dominic personally, I proceeded to report it to his assistant as a “hit and run”. It was a lie that I couldn’t live with, as Dominic and I have always been upfront and comfortable to talk about any concerns that or problems that I have. So I marched myself into his office, and confessed that I had hit a pole with my new car, and trusted him enough to take care of me NO MATTER WHAT. Long story short, he and I laughed about the whole situation! He made my day by assuring me that “all would be ok”, and took care of my worries as usual !
