5 /5 Courtney Curtis: I’ve had to pay a bill with them over time. It’s been over two years I’ve had to pay my bill down each month with monthly payments. Everyone I’ve spoken with at CPMS has been friendly and understanding. They’ve been easy to work with.

1 /5 Ross Marvin: Yeah. Two months in a row they have not sent an account summary. Ive called them, both times I heard the line Once its in the hands of the USPS we arent responsible for it.. I think they lie and they want you to forget about the monthly payment, so that it all comes due at once, and you get a new hit on your record and have to pay them even more. If you can borrow money to pay your court fine up front, do it.

They have been very understanding about my financial situation and have been non judgemental, as long as Ive kept in touch with them they have worked with me. I would of given them 5 stars except for the experience I had with a one of the female representative she was very rude, very short with me, and lacked empathy.

1 /5 Bianca Green: Wish I could give 0 stars. Employees are unprofessional, uneducated, and the company itself is completely unorganized. Don’t expect them to take your account seriously, regardless of the fact that they’re handling your hard earned money and personal information. Terrible at communicating and record keeping. Horrible to work with

1 /5 Tanya Colon-Lopez: If I could give them a zero I was. Been paying over a year on some tickets I had. Well for the month of September I hadn’t received a statement. I called and they stated they sent it after they received my August payment. Well I just decided to send it with my information on a piece of paper. Well lucky for me I FORGOT to sign my check...that was sent in good faith to pay my bill. Well they counted that as a missed payment and sent me my check back and decided to kick me off the program. Really?!? It’s not even the end of the month and I could have just paid it over the phone. The guy on the phone wasn’t even willing to pass the phone to a supervisor. Even after he saw I have never missed a payment. Called the courts and LUCKILY they saw my payment history and told me to write a letter to the judge. Alllll that and the judge said it was fine. Thanks CPMS for helping out those that “in good faith” we’re trying to do the right thing....NOT! and I had to call for the info causeNO ONE has tried to contact me to inform me of my mistake.
