HA Pierce I have been a client of Chess Insurance for at least 10 years. I started with car insurance. I was so happy with the support I got from Vanda that I added homeowners and flood insurance. Just recently, I also added earthquake insurance. Next is insuring my husbands classic car. Vanda has been terrific. Full of helpful information and not pushy about selling more or raising our coverage. Vanda got us the rate for the classic car more than a year ago. I have been too lazy to take the required photos, but she has never once inquired about when I would get around to it. That is the kind of sales person I want.

She is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to coverages and what is needed/not necessarily needed. She responds in a timely manner and I am able to reach her via email, phone, etc. when I have any questions or want to make changes to coverages.
