Every time Ive had a question or an issue with something on my policies, Chad has always answered the phone and it is so easy to reach him. He is super understanding and helpful and handles the issue or question at hand so quickly! I currently have renters and auto INS and going into new policy terms and moving around can be difficult especially with multiple cars, but anytime something needed to be altered, Chad made my experience effortless and easy. I cant even tell you the amount of troubles Ive had with other insurances, them getting my info wrong and causing more issues for me then not. Even getting someone on the phone was just such a task. 5 /5 Andrew (Andy): Great service, no new vehicle cards yet though and they havent billed my bank yet... Good dealing with Chad. Great rates just need my cards and confirmation with receipt. Need so the dealer wont insure on their own after the 4 day grace period. Not long! Myinsuranceinfo.com. cant wait for it to show up on my bank account too for the loan and get my registration and plates but thats a dealer issue. Thanks Allstate, will keep you in mind for homeowners too.
