Travis Lambert I typically buy gold and dont really sell but I found myself needing a little extra cash. I checked around but I ended up landing at Northwest Gold and Diamond. Mark met me at the door to greet me, was clear and quick, and most importantly, he gave me a more than fair price for my gold. He was also very descreet when another client showed up while we were still doing business. Mark also followed up with a call I had made to the shop before I arrived as he thought he missed another possible customer. He gave me great service and I would reccommend this company to anyone looking to get great service and a great price for your gold!

She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Ben Starnes Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.
