5 /5 Lalida Gentry: Breanne Martin and the whole office staff are amazing to work with! We went to her to complete the probate process after my dad passed. She took her time answering all the questions from my entire family from the first meeting. We went to her because we thought there could be potential family dispute, luckily that didn’t happen but she calmly explained to us how that would work if it went down that route. My mom doesn’t speak English super well and the whole office allowed me to call in or have phone meetings while being out of state on her behalf. They also communicated everything well with me to relay to my mom and were very patient with the language barrier situation. We felt well taken care off and are absolutely satisfied with the result and whole process. Thank you!

Myself and family have used Steve Peiffle in Will preparation and processing my parents estate. Hereto we were provided excellent counseling. 1 /5 Daniel Taylor: Just look at the documents that The receptionist Lisa white gave me as a receipt for dropping off keys as per the court order their firm developed and you tell me if you think you would trust them with you legal issues?! Picture a was what I was provided with when I dropped off house keys as per the agreement they wrote. This is what I would expect from a child not a almost 70 year old receptionist. I demanded something on letter head and she stamped it said she provided it pictures attached) and Condescendingly said there that should do it. It’s just a blue stamp. I could’ve ordered on Amazon. I demanded something on letterhead that would protect me and prove that I turned in keys as if I do not I’m in default of the agreement. You would think that a receptionist at a law Office would understand that. She then threatened me to call the cops because I didn’t budge and was holding her professionalism that she probably can’t even spell the word . She called the police on me for demanding appropriate service,. I then waited outside for officers to arrive because Karen couldn’t do a simple task that’s literally her job. It was an hour of my time her time 911 having to deal with her her coworkers and now her bosses when they see the documents and the officers (three squad cars) Officers saw the receipt and agreed that it was not professional and went inside to talk to her. They came out with the second attached picture and said that was the best they could do for me. Just purely malicious obtuse and lazy. Malicious Obtuse lazy Karen. They charge like $275 an hour too. Just look at the work Lisa white provided and tell me is it worth $275-an hour? These are the receipts I’m supposed to use to protect myself against them putting me into default for failing to commit to our agreement. What a joke. Go anywhere but here. Know a crack head?! He could probably make better paper work. Try him first.
