He listens and then explains to you all the different ways in which he and his office can help you. He was up front about everything. How long the process can take, what all of our options are, what the fees are, etc. There is actually very little we had to do, which was a huge relief and weight off of our shoulders. His office did everything for us, from coordinating with Doctors offices and the insurance agencies to requesting the police reports etc. There are so many unknown steps when something like this happens, but we felt confident in John and his team, and things went very smoothly.
