Millard Shires I cant share all the details, but it involved several complicated legal steps related to business law, trusts, and accounting matters. Several of these areas were unfamiliar to me even though I had some business background. Three things stood out and impressed me about Edward: 1. He listened carefully and attentively without forming action plans until he had all the information, and more importantly an understanding of not only what we needed, but what we wanted. He was sensitive to our concerns. 2. His ability to achieve goals and outcomes without a lot of drama, conflict, or anxiety. 3. His careful attention to little details that would be easy to gloss over or miss and exacting research, solid accuracy and team building with external resources as needed, and thorough followup and closure.
