Richard Mooney In 2020. at the age of 68, I was fired by an abusive employer the day I returned from an FMLA leave for severe depression brought about by stress in the workplace. And again, true to his form, Patrick stayed with me for another year and a half to take my case to the higher court on Valentines Day 2025. 4 months later, the panel from the Ninth Circuit affirmed the lower courts findings and upheld my award and motion for attorneys fees.
