1 /5 Dylan Nixdorf: I really didnt like that they were trying to sell me insurance and a retirement account when I was just trying to do my taxes. I came here for taxes and got convinced into buying something I didnt need. We struggle enough financially as soldiers. Everytime I answer the phone, they sound angry and this one old man I talked to in the office was talking to me like he didnt believe I was active duty, Ive been doing this for 7 years.
