5 /5 Roberto Hernandez: Shayla is absolutely the best! I’ve never had a better and more personable experience shopping and signing up for insurance. Whatever my questions Shayla is there! She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Shayla makes me enjoy calling my insurance company. Every company can learn a few things from this office and how amazing they treat their clients.

5 /5 Todd Michael Altstadt: Ami is amazing. I left Allstate for a bit because my now x-wife and I bundled all our insurance together when we bought a house. When that ended, I made the mistake of choose Farmers - my rep was the worst. I only choose Farmers because I was supposed to get a discount through my work - never got it. I quickly dropped Farmers and went back to Allstate. Ami is very responsive and helpful. Last Friday it dawned on my I did not have Renters Insurance so I emailed Ami - thinking shed email me back Monday as it was after 4. She immediately set it up. Thats just one of many stories of the great service she provides.

5 /5 Hollee Kennedy: Shaela is the best! She is always friendly, patient and helpful. She has helped me navigate my insurance needs as they have changed through the years, teenagers etc. When we did have a car accident, Allstate was on point, responsive and kind.

1 /5 Sulema Santillan: Extremely PETTY office. Been with them for 5+ years thinking I was getting the best deals due to my loyalty just to call around and get in touch with another well known Insurance company with more coverage to my vehicles for $900 LESS every 6 months. Called Amy’s office twice to negotiate my policy before canceling just to wait 4+ hours with not even a courtesy email to acknowledge my calls and when I finally was able to speak to someone in that office I was told to call back at 5pm to give a “written notice” for my cancellation just to have them block my number. Called the 800 number and they were able to tell me that Amy’s office had already canceled my policies so me calling was not needed (I’m sure she just wanted to let me know I was blocked) and they didn’t care to include my refund price in my profile notes for anyone else to give me that information. Feels like high school mean girl drama all over again.

1 /5 Benjamin Stark: Not very impressed. Canceled my covererage because of moss on the roof of a rental property. No leaks but they wouldnt continue the policy because of it. Looking to move to other insurers now after over ten years with Allstate.
