Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Kenzie Wray Cecilia was very helpful helped me find the cheapest insurance which was well over $100 cheaper then I have been able to find myself! Having a kid saving a hundred dollars a month helps a lot so much appreciated to her and her manager. Came to them years ago when I first got a car and again today so Definitely will be staying with them and coming back for years on. Highly recommended if you want good customer service and cheap insurance. And will make sure you dont leave with any unanswered questions. Thank you again highly recommended and much appreciated.

She was so easy to understand in explaining what I needed that I switched my entire policy for my house, car, and life insurance to her!! Id give her 10 stars if I could!

Ty Coon The best experience Ive had.. I dont really give a rats two cents about insurance.. but they always keep in contact, or already know and just take care of things for me.. I mean on top of it.. of course with your approval.. but man, they are on it.. even as far as rental insurance.. I always enjoy just shooting the bull with mark.. Great guy.. they all work so hard.. very informative.. thank you all for your services.. cant wait to get back with you guys..
