1 /5 manna dhaliwal: I would not recommend them. My home insurance went from $4000 to $11000 and didn’t even informed me why is that. I had no claim on insurance. And i have auto insurance witj them which is too high. I’m going to state farm or progressive they have way better plans

1 /5 Shaun Hunt: I came in hoping to get better service than I recieved online from Allstate. (Long story short the online system raised my premium $50 for missing my renewal by ONE day....) I called the 800 number only to be told there was nothing that could be done about it. I was told I could cancel my policy and start a new one in order to get my rate back?!?!? Does that make ANY sense? Little did I know a trip to Steve-os office would be time wasted. Steve CRAPson gave me a quote that was 250% what Allstate was charging online for the same policy. When I asked why, He didnt have anything intelligent to say. I asked for a quote with the bare minimum state requirements (25/50/10), and another with 1000 deductibles. Initially, He told me basic liability would be $387/Year. Then He said quote: "if you add the 1000 dollar deductibles, it adds 1000 to the policy." $1300/yr for a 50/100/50, comp/Coll @ 1000 ded.!?!?!? I was quoted at $489 for the same policy with Allstate online. I really felt like I was being dismissed. It was like he didnt have the time or patience to help me since all I wanted was a lil ol motorcycle policy. People, youre better off finding your own policy online. I literally saved hundreds by running, (not walking) out of Mr. CRAPsons office.

5 /5 Mary Tbach: I moved from TN to WA. I had to find an All-State agent. There were a few. So I reviewed the agents personal social media to compare their not at work activities. I chose Steve Crapson. At his office, he signed me up, explained WA laws that are different than TN and called my previous agent to fix something per the TN record. I was widowed only a few months before my cross country move. I was not enjoying all the things, that I had to do . Agent Steve Crapson made me smile and was so professional and nice. He went above and beyond to ensure transfer from previous state. I insured my auto and RV. I like to complement great customer service. Steve Crapson Allstate Agent was the best experience of all the different types of business, I had to conduct after the death of my husband. Part of my All-State app password contains the phrase "Steve is the man" I have also been assisted by Rose at the office. She is great .
