Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.
