D Me Its been a month and no money for short term disability. My adjuster took 3 weeks to talk to me 1 time all bc i bugged the crap out of her. Dennis Mikhail Had my taxes done here a couple years ago, and then got audited 2 years later because they filed our taxes improperly. Being tax experts I would expect them to let us know hey this is not the way to do this or actually doing it the right way and then on top of that charging us $300 which was a discounted price to file our taxes with no audit protection according to them even though I remember them telling us that there was audit protection. Now my spouse and I owe $14,000 to the IRS and theyre of course not liable for anything like any other crooked business that doesnt want to do what they get paid to do. I understand if we have a debt we have a debt that is our responsibility but the reason to go to a tax expert is to make sure this type of thing doesnt happen. Otherwise we would have just done this ourselves or went to h&r block which would have charged a quarter of that price and had audit protection. I would stay away from these people if you want to make sure you dont have any legal repercussions with the IRS.

Jillian Waterbury This was part of an employer retirement plan. When I seperated from that company, it was extremely difficult to rollover my money to Fidelity. Voya treated me like a criminal when I asked for the verfication not to be sent to my old work address as I no longer had access to that email and they refused to verify me any other way ie with my SS#, address, DL # or any other data. It was extremely difficult to work with them.
